小流量氣體質(zhì)量流量控制器
FLEXI-FLOW 緊湊型質(zhì)量流量控制器適用于工作壓力在真空和17 bar(a)條件下準確測量0…500 mln/min 和 0…20 ln/min之間的流量。儀表結(jié)合基于毛細管MEMS技術(shù)快速穩(wěn)定的熱式質(zhì)量流量傳感器和可靠準確的旁路結(jié)構(gòu)?；?strong>TCS技術(shù)，建立準確的質(zhì)量流量測量，不受溫度和管路壓力變化影響。與集成溫度和上下游壓力傳感器相結(jié)合，22種氣體的嵌入式數(shù)據(jù)庫實現(xiàn)精準集成轉(zhuǎn)換。多參數(shù)儀表可提供過程信息。
FLEXI-FLOW緊湊型質(zhì)量流量控制器目前可選：
- “預配置高端型” (PA), 量程比 1:500, 流量 + 溫度 + 上下游壓力,?4 個量程 (FS, N2當量):
